Life-Long Learning is Key to Happiness
This is a time for our Ke Kumu 'Ohana to meet up to have contact with each other, share, and ask questions. The monthly event is led by Kaleolani, the lineage elder and Pono's kumu for 25+ years. Attendance is an optional benefit for current haumana (students) of our Hawaiian Energetics training, and offered at no cost.

The 'ukulele is a fun and easy-to-learn instrument. On the 3rd Tuesday each month, Pono will guide you to learn more fun strumming patterns, additional chords, and expand fingerstyle playing while we learn to play additional popular Hawaiian songs. Bring your 'Uke, your creativity, and let's have some fun! Whether you already play or are brand new to music, come join us.

This 2-Day, hands-on training is for Intermediate & Advanced students of Hawaiian Energetics with a desire to build a stronger understanding of Breath, the Ha, and the elemental functions of Respiration as a 3-body vision. We will explore physical anatomy and function from an elemental focus. We will consider the roles of the etheric and the astral. This will be a hands-on and active training to spark new understandings that will enhance your diagnostic listening skills, treatment design strategies, healing work, and overall wellness. We will also touch into breath as pertains to the higher arts in the traditions of the Kahuna Haha.

Hawaiian Energetics Advanced Training takes the knowledge gained in the initial training, deepens the understanding and expands the knowledge base. Attention to each student's individual needs, skills, and callings is the prominent factor in the development of the training content. The training will include excursions to sacred sites and places of energetic power will be taken.
