Therapies We Offer

Our Signature Service is a 90 minute Hawaiian Style Lomilomi Massage.

Your body is a natural environment based upon the building blocks of elemental forces - Fire, Air, Water, and Earth.  This traditional healing art works with the elements and mana (creative force) to restore, nourish, and enliven the energetic, spiritual, and physical processes of the body.  Through hands-on healing, the practitioner will first assess and then assist the blending of the elements to enhance the innate wisdom of your body to restore health.

When most people think of relaxation and massage, they think of Swedish massage.  When you want to relax and let go of the tension held in your body to melt away, this is what you are looking for.  Offered as an hour or ninety-minute session.

When contending with pain or injury, integrative bodywork therapy is a custom blend of hands-on and energy healing therapies designed for your body's unique goals and needs.  Combining deep tissue, craniosacral therapy, reflexology, lymphatic drainage, and Hawaiian style Lomilomi massage, your session will help reduce or eliminate pain, improve posture, and enhance body integration and sense of wellbeing.

Craniosacral Therapy is a subtle, and highly effective modality that assists the internal rhythms of your body to return to its natural state.  Stress, tension, injury, and other trauma can disrupt the natural rhythms of your cranium and spine, and this is essential to the health and function of every part of your body.

La'au Kahea translates as "The Calling Medicine".  It is a spiritual healing ritual that is practiced only by master healers trained in the old ways.  This is spiritual, but not counter to any religion.

Traditional approach of Ho'oponopono helps to guide you through the process of finding true forgiveness and spiritual and emotional cleansing.  This one-on-one session runs generally around 2 hours and can be intense.  This is the traditional style as practiced in Molokai's Halawa Valley for more than 2000 years, and passed through 51 generations of practitioners and teachers.
